Please join this year's CHOC Walk Ambassador, Justin Helper, at the 4th annual CHOC Walk BUNCO Fundraising Night on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the Rancho Cucamonga Professional Firefighters Association.  This family friendly event is hosted by teams Justin's Helpers and his friends from the Rancho Cucamonga Firefighters Association.  This fundraiser promises a night of fun, food and BUNCO!  Team Justin's Helpers will also host an unbelievable silent auction and raffle!  

All proceeds from this event will benefit the Justin's Helper CHOC Walk teams and the CHOC Children's Hospital of Orange County!

JUSTIN’S STORY:

Justin was born with Lissencephaly ARX, a rare brain disorder that, for Justin, brings seizures, chronic lung disease, and gastrointestinal complications requiring outpatient treatment and sometimes hospital stays at CHOC.  We are so thankful for the hard work CHOC has done to keep Justin healthy, safe, and comfortable as well as giving excellent medical expertise needed for his rare condition.  CHOC is a warm, positive and inviting environment. For Justin and our family, CHOC truly is a home away from home.
